Description of Refurbishment Services

Qualified personnel will provide refurbishment services at our facility. Refurbishment services at our facility typically include; as received photos, test run with As-Found operational parameters documented and Wiring Schematic completed, motor evaluation, bead blast, actuator disassembly, thorough cleaning, mechanical and electrical parts inspection, Limit and Torque Switch refurbishment, rewiring if necessary, reassembly with new grease/oil, gaskets and seals, functional operation with As-Left documentation and final painting. In addition, new operator tagging is performed, and a complete report with pre and post refurbishment digital pictures is submitted shortly after the job completion.

If damaged or worn parts are discovered during the parts inspection and replacement parts are required, pricing for these parts will be discussed with clients prior to installation. The damaged or worn parts will be sent back with refurbished actuator for owner review. All parts and services provided by us carry a one or two year warranty, dependent on Manufacturer, Model and work performed.

Other Services and Optional Upgrades

There are some other items to consider based upon the application, plant environment and actuator orientation. These items would require some additional charges based on receipt of the actuators and customer direction and input.
